ActivityHub started from a simple frustration: brilliant activity centres run on whiteboards, spreadsheets and folders that do not talk to each other.
Activity centres are run by people who would rather be on the water than at a desk. Yet the admin, the timetable, the kit log, the qualification spreadsheet, quietly eats their mornings.
ActivityHub brings the whole operation onto one live day board. Sessions, staff, kit and safety stay in sync, so the plan on the manager's laptop is the same plan on the instructor's phone. When something changes, everyone sees it at once.
What we believe
Instructors first. The people delivering activities should get a clear plan on their phone, not another system to fight. If it is not faster than a whiteboard, we have failed.
Safety is not paperwork. Qualifications, inspections and incidents belong in the flow of the day, not in a folder you dread opening before an inspection.
Your data is yours. Every centre's data is isolated. We do not sell it, mine it or share it between organisations.
Where we are
ActivityHub is early and honest about it. We are working closely with a small number of centres to get the day-to-day right before we grow. If that sounds like your centre, we would love to talk.
