Do I have to install anything?
No. ActivityHub runs in any modern web browser on a phone, tablet or laptop — nothing to install and nothing to update. Instructors typically use it on their phones out on site, while managers plan on a laptop.
How does automatic timetabling actually work?
You set out the groups, the activities they should try and the available slots. ActivityHub builds a rotation that respects venue capacity, avoids clashing instructors and only assigns staff to activities they're ticketed for. You keep full control — drag anything around and the day board re-checks for conflicts instantly.
How do the QR equipment checks work?
Each item of kit gets a printable QR label. Staff scan it with the app to book it out to a session, return it, or record a routine inspection. The day board then knows exactly how much serviceable kit is available and warns you before a session is short.
Is our data safe and kept separate from other centres?
Yes. ActivityHub is multi-tenant: your organisation's data is isolated so no other centre can see your staff, participants or incidents. Access is by individual login with self-service password reset, and read-only timetable sharing uses one-off share codes rather than exposing your account.
